Not every nose — and not every goal — requires the same approach.
Our surgeons assess your anatomy and desired outcome before recommending any technique. Here's what we offer:
A small incision along the columella gives surgeons greater precision. Best for complex reshaping, asymmetry correction, and revision cases.
Reduces wide or flared nostrils. A focused procedure with significant visual impact — scars hidden in the natural nostril crease.
Corrects a deviated septum to improve breathing while enhancing the nose's appearance at the same time.
We strictly use medical-grade materials approved by the US FDA and Thai FDA.
Premium Silicone Implants: Ultra-soft, implant-grade silicone (e.g., Mantisk, USA) that mimics natural bone tissue.
Autologous Tissue (Your Own Body): To prevent rejection and ensure a natural tip, we often use:
Flat Bridge: We build height and definition for a sharper profile.
Dorsal Hump: We shave down the bone for a smooth, straight slope.
Bulbous / Boxy Tip: We refine the cartilage to create a smaller, defined tip.
Short / Upturned Nose: We lengthen the septal structure for a balanced ratio.
Revision Cases: We specialize in fixing previous surgeries that resulted in deviation, infection, or dissatisfaction.
Week 1 — Rest & Protection
You will have a nasal splint in place for the first 7 days to protect the shape while initial healing takes place. Swelling and bruising around the eyes and cheeks is normal and expected during this period. Sleep with your head elevated, avoid blowing your nose, and keep activity to a minimum. Most patients are comfortable but not presentable during this week.
Week 2 — Splint Removal & First Results
The splint is removed at your follow-up appointment, typically around day 7. Bruising fades significantly by week two, and while swelling remains, you will begin to see the early shape of your new nose. Most patients feel comfortable returning to desk work or light activity during this period.
Week 3–4 — Social Recovery
By the end of the first month, the majority of visible bruising has resolved. Residual swelling at the tip persists, but the nose looks socially presentable. Many patients return to work, social activities, and light exercise during this window.
Month 2–3 — Settling
The nose continues to reduce in swelling steadily. The bridge takes shape first; the tip refines more slowly. Patients begin to see results that closely reflect their final outcome. Avoid contact sports and strenuous activity.
Month 6–12 — Final Result
Rhinoplasty results are considered fully settled between 6 and 12 months. The nasal tip, which retains the most swelling, reaches its final form during this period. This is when photographs and final assessments are most meaningful.
